Micro 10 is Here! Micro 11 23H2 Next?
Hot off the heels of our first Windows 10 22H2 Ultralight release, comes the idea of creating an Ultralight
build based on Windows 11 23H2! At first, I thought, no way is this gonna happen. Windows 11 23H2 is
way too bloated, way too big, way too heavy compared to any previous version of Windows to allow a
proper Ultralight release to happen.
Despite my initial thoughts, I see the interest many of you have in me trying to make this magic happen.
The good news is, I have an interest too, and have already begun seeing how light I can possibly get a
build of Windows 11 23H2 to be, while still keeping the functionality that you have come to expect from
my other Ultralight releases.
Despite my initial concerns, I can say that I'm pleasantly surprised, and my expectations have already
been exceeded by how small, smooth, and functional I've been able to get a build of Windows 11 23H2
to be so far.
I am very happy with my previously released Micro 11 and Micro 11 SE builds, and the way this is
shaping up, there is no doubt in my mind that Micro 11 23H2 will fall right in line of something
to be very proud of as well.
